Free Shipping

We are proud to announce we provide free shipping to all our customers.

We do offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unfortunately unable to ship to. We will contact you should there be any issues.

For logistical reasons, items made in the same purchase may be shipped from different warehouses. A tracking number wil be provided when possible but may not always be available with free shipping.

 

Customs

Please bear in mind, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping times vary by location. Our estimates:

There is likely to be a delay during peak times of the year, e.g. Christmas.

 

Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation/amendments

Orders can be cancelled or amended but not after they have been shipped. If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours.

Refunds

We aim to ensure you are satisfied. You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 2-5 days processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in its original packaging)

We are unable to issue a refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
